Are you feeling overwhelmed?

Stress is a natural reaction to feeling under pressure or threatened and usually happens when we are in a situation that we don’t feel we can manage or control.

The impact of stress is different for everyone and can even affect us differently at different times in our lives. Although not all stress is bad, when it is very intense or lasts for a long time it can become a problem, affect our health, and ultimately result in burnout.

If you would like to build better resilience techniques and coping mechanisms, why not sign up for the upcoming support/training session: Book here: Managing Stress & Avoiding Burnout – Friday 16th February – 2pm – 3pm (On Teams)

This session is designed to equip staff with the understanding around stress and preventing work-related burnout and encouraging a workplace that fosters positive mental health.

This session is delivered by Optima and is open to all employees.
