Chief Executive Craig Hatton gives his latest video update ahead of the festive break. Watch above to listen to his update where he reflects upon how fortunate we are this year to once again enjoy being together with our family and friends as we come out the other side of the pandemic.
The update also recognises how the pandemic and Cost-of-Living crisis have brought both personal and economic challenges during 2022.
Finally, Craig shares his gratitude to those throughout Scotland and North Ayrshire who have offered their hand of support welcoming Ukrainian refugees to the area after the war and also his sincere thanks to staff across the Council and Health and Social Care Partnership who will be helping others and making their own personal sacrifices to serve our communities over the Christmas period and New Year.
Although 2023 will pose new challenges, the Chief Executive is confident that by working together, we will all continue to do our best for our communities and residents. Merry Christmas to everyone.
