An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen to join our Strategic Planning and Transformation Team as a Planning Manager for a period of 12 months.
The successful candidate will contribute to a number of projects currently falling within the remit of NAHSCP’s Transformation Programme.
- A good understanding of systems and processes used within the context of an HSCP
- Project management experience
- Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the evaluation of projects and programmes
- Competent IT skills (particularly 0365 and other relevant tools)
- Experience of survey/questionnaire design, distribution, collation and analysis
- Experience of running focus groups/engagement sessions
Part of the role will be about:
- Ensuring programmes have clearly defined outputs
- Assessing outputs against performance
- Project design and evaluation
- Stakeholder networking
