Food larders receive a helping hand

Our food larders are receiving kind donations from local gardeners and growers

Our Fairer Food Network of 17 community larders (and counting), are on the frontline of helping residents to access affordable and nutritious food with dignity. But, they can’t do this alone…

This #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek we wanted to take the opportunity to shine the spotlight on local gardeners and growers who spend time honing their green-fingered skills outdoors, not only to improve their health and wellbeing, but also to provide our community larders with a kindly donated supply of fresh, organic produce 🌱🥦🍓

On behalf of our Fairer Food Network, those volunteering alongside us, or to the kind residents who have recently donated to their local food larder, we would like to share a heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in this important sustainable food supply initiative 🫶
