There are some important dates coming up soon in the procurement diary.
Quick Quotes/Mini-Competitions under £50,000 for Supplies and Services and £500,000 for Works
Requests for Procurement Action (“RPA”) must be submitted to procurement@north-ayrshire.gov.uk before Friday, 1 December, 2023.
The last day for publishing quick quotes and low value mini-competitions on PCS-Tender will be Friday, 15 December, 2023, with a submission deadline date of no earlier than Friday, 12 January, 2024.
Any RPAs received after the 1 December, 2023, deadline may not be published on PCS-Tender until w/c 8 January, 2024 and will follow the normal project timescales as outlined within the RPA.
GPA Tenders/Non-GPA Tenders/Mini-Competitions over £50,000 for Supplies and Services and £500,000 for Works
The last day for publishing GPA tenders, non-GPA tenders and high value mini-competitions on PCS/PCS-Tender will be Friday, 15 December, 2023, with a submission deadline date of no earlier than Wednesday, 31 January, 2024.
These timescales only apply to RPAs which have already been submitted and are being progressed by procurement. Any RPAs received from today onwards will be allocated and progressed, but may not be published prior to Christmas.
