Investing in Communities Fund

Delivered as part of the Scottish Government’s ‘Empowering Communities Programme’, the Investing in Communities Fund (ICF) is currently anticipated to open for a second round of applications in spring next year.

The Scottish Government’s Regeneration team will be holding webinar sessions for interested stakeholders and prospective applicants to provide an overview of the fund’s aims, eligibility criteria and the application process prior to its anticipated opening for applications next calendar year.

The webinars will also include time for Q&A and for interested organisations to develop quality collaborative place-based proposals in conjunction with local partner organisations.

The webinars will last one hour, with links to the registration process as follows:

  • Tuesday 30 November (10.30am until 11.30am) – NOW FULL
  • Wednesday 8 December (2.00pm until 3.00pm) – register here

Presentation slides will be accessible on the ICF webpage prior to the first event so that you and interested organisations have the opportunity to consider any questions you may wish to ask during these sessions.  The current version of the fund’s guidance note and FAQs will also be accessible on the website by mid December 2021 to ensure that you have access to all of the details.

For anyone encountering problems completing the registration process please email: InvestinginCommunities@gov.scot
