In addition, the IT Customer Service team has received an update on hardware delivery timescales for new orders.
HP Current lead time summary below for new orders:
- Notebooks – 24 weeks plus dependant on platform
- Desktops – 6-10 weeks for SFF and TWR, 6-8 weeks for DM, 12-16 weeks for AiO
- Monitors – 8-30 weeks dependant on model (22 and 23 inch models 10-12 weeks, 24 inch models 10-14 weeks, and 27-inch models 6- 10 weeks, conferencing and docking models 30 weeks plus.
- Accessories – 4-6 weeks on most items
- Docking Stations 36 weeks plus
Ricoh, our contracted supplier for MFDs (multi-functional devices) are currently experiencing a delay on the usual lead-time of 10 working days due to a global shortage of semi-conductors, they will continue to keep customers updated, the current lead-time for new devices is 6-8 weeks.
