Mental Health Awareness Week

This year the focus is on nature and the benefits to our mental health. Over the past 12 months many of us have spent more time in the outdoors walking and appreciating what our local areas offer. Nature is central to our emotional health, it’s not just being in nature but how we open ourselves up and interact with nature that counts.

Over the week KA Leisure’s Mind and Be Active team will be promoting walks and relaxation sessions to make the most of the outdoors and a range of exercise related activities.

If you can why not take that time out, come and join them for a walk or log into the relax and stretch in nature session being delivered via teams. (see link below)
