The Money Matters service is running a staff training workshop via Microsoft Teams to provide an understanding of the new Scottish Social Security Adult Disability Payment (replacing Personal Independence Payment in Scotland).
The session will look at benefit rules, the claims process, the decision-making process and how to challenge adverse decisions.
The workshop will take place on Wednesday 19 October from 9.30am to 12pm, before being repeated in the afternoon from 1.30pm to 4pm.
