NAHSCP staff to please share their views

For the first time, NAHSCP is seeking to capture the unique digital experience of working in a partnership.

We want to understand how working lives have been transformed over the past few years, the challenges of working across multiple systems, the benefits of using Teams to collaborate with colleagues, and other staff experiences of using digital technologies in the workplace.

Like many integrated health and social care organisations across the UK, we know that there are challenges around digital and data when working across different organisations with different policies, systems and processes.

We want to streamline these and improve outcomes through effective use of technology, and we are now inviting all NAHSCP staff to take part in a short survey that will provide us with the information we need to understand exactly what works well and what doesn’t, ensuring that our digital technologies make life easier and, ultimately, benefit everyone.

Participating in this survey is a small step with a big impact. Your experiences and insights will pave the way for a more efficient, supportive and innovative health and social care environment. Together, we can drive progress and make a real difference.

You can fill in the survey now, which should only take around 5 minutes to complete. Your responses will be completely anonymous, ensuring that you can provide honest and constructive feedback without any concerns.

In addition, if you have a very specific example you would like to share, then you can also submit a short ‘case study’ to help identify those ideas that truly make a difference, or to highlight frustrations or issues that really need improvement.

Give your feedback before the deadline of midday on Friday, June 14.
