Unity North Ayrshire Carers Centre is inviting unpaid carers to take part in their new monthly Walk and Chat group, offering the chance to take some time out, enjoy some fresh air and meet other carers.
Walks will leave from the Carers Centre in High Street, Irvine, at 10.30am and will last around 90 minutes. Refreshments will be served afterwards.
