Register now for new MyNAC account

MyNAC – Our new improved online customer account, which uses the national MyAccount for sign in, is now live. If you live in North Ayrshire, why not take the time to register for an account today.

Customers can use MyNAC to automatically fill in their details, view their history of cases and get updates on their current cases. They can also use it to access their Council Tax and Housing Rent Online Accounts.

MyAccount, which is provided in partnership with the Improvement Service, provides a single account that can be used for multiple services, including MyNAC, iPayimpact, National Entitlement Card (NEC) applications and other local authority accounts. This brings us in line with the other local authorities in Scotland who already use MyAccount to access their services.

If you have an existing North Ayrshire Online Account, the new MyNAC account, using your details from MyAccount, will be merged with this and you will see all your previous contact history in your new account. You will also continue to get access to your Council Tax and Housing Rent Online Accounts if you already have those.

Elaine Nixon, Senior Customer Services Manager shares: “Staff who live in North Ayrshire are encouraged to register for an account and gain all the benefits as a resident.

“We would also really value your feedback which can be provided using our feedback form to help us improve our customer experience when creating an account.”

Use this link to register for MyNAC or by clicking on the MyNAC button displayed at the top of the home page on the Council’s website.

Please make sure that you register using your personal email address and NOT your work email address.
