North Ayrshire Council has teamed up with NHS Fleet Solutions to provide employees with the opportunity to lease a brand-new electric or ultra-low emission car via their pay.
Our new salary sacrifice scheme enables employees to sacrifice part of their salary to lease a car, reducing the amount of tax, national insurance, and pension they pay.
The payment covers the cost of the car, insurance, road tax, maintenance (routine servicing, tyres, normal wear and tear) and breakdown cover, no credit checks or deposits are required.
Our scheme is open to permanent and temporary employees (where the temporary contract duration exceeds the lease term), earnings must remain higher than the national minimum wage rate after salary has been sacrificed.
