We know that this will be a difficult time for many of you and it is important to maintain your own mental health and wellbeing.

Our physical health can also have a big impact on how we feel. During these difficult times it can be easy to fall into unhealthy behaviours patterns which can in turn make you feel worse.

Quick tips for looking after your body during the pandemic include:

  • Trying to eat healthy, well-balanced meals
  • Drinking enough water
  • Exercising regularly
  • Avoiding smoking
  • Trying not to drink too much alcohol

You can also leave your house, alone or with members of your household, for 1 form of exercise a day – like a walk, run or bike ride. But make sure you keep a safe 2-metre distance from others.
