Irvine Townhouse is hosting the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra’s upcoming Tunes for Tots session this February.
Touring local communities throughout Scotland, this February the Tunes for Tots session is coming to Irvine Townhouse.
The relaxed drop-in session with members of the BBC’s Scottish Symphony orchestra is encouraging local children to bring out their musical side alongside their parents or carers.
In the format of a musical storytelling session, the Irvine Townhouse event is on Saturday 18 February. The 35 minute musical story, will give tots the chance to listen, sing, dance, and meet musicians from the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.
Unfortunatley now spaces are fully booked. However those lucky enough to attend will be able to have the perfect first-experience of live music: no instruments or previous musical experience required.
09:30am-10:30am Session 1 (recommended for 0-2) FULLY BOOKED
10:45am-11:45am Session 2 (recommended for 3-5) FULLY BOOKED
All sessions are suitable for ages 0-5 accompanied by parents/carers. We have suggested a recommended age for particular sessions, but these are also suitable for families with more than 1 child of different ages.
Sessions are FREE but sign-up is essential.
Please note: all children must be accompanied by a parent/carer throughout the session.
