Copilot training sessions

As highlighted in our recent Copilot Chat communication, we are introducing a three-part series of live, interactive webinars to help colleagues build their skills and get more from Copilot Chat.

Whether you are taking your first steps with AI or looking to build on existing experience, the sessions offer practical guidance that you can apply in your day-to-day work.

Each session stands alone, so you can attend one, two or all three depending on what you need. Sessions are practical, interactive and include time for questions. Each session lasts 1 hour and will be run twice to allow a choice of dates.

Understand what AI is, how Copilot Chat works and how it can support you in your day-to-day work. This session is being held on Monday 7 September at 3pm (register here) and Monday 28 September at 11am (register here)

Session 2: Creating Great Prompts and Using Work Data Safely

Learn how to write effective prompts, provide useful context and get better, more relevant responses while following good practice when working with Council information. This session is being held on Tuesday 15 September at 3pm (register here) and Thursday 8 October at 10am (register here)

Session 3: Using Copilot Pages and Loop
