The scheme allows you to sacrifice part of your salary to lease a car, reducing the amount of income tax, National Insurance, and pension you pay.

The scheme is open to permanent and temporary employees (where the temporary contract duration exceeds the lease term), and your earnings must remain higher than the national minimum wage rate after salary has been sacrificed.
