LiveWell - the council's employee wellbeing programme, aims to promote the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to the entire Council workforce, empowering you to make informed choices about your own health and wellbeing. As well as promoting all the fantastic activities KA Leisure have to offer, the LiveWell Group also offer a LiveWell Grant which was introduced to allow employees to apply for funding, up to £250, to arrange team activities for their colleagues. Funded activities have included paddle boarding, a farm trek and employee yoga and dance sessions.
