Managing stress and mental health training for managers

Mental health related absences remain a significant challenge due to their frequency and duration. We are running our second block of our two-part HR ‘How to’ series focusing on mental health and stress management.
We are committed to ongoing improvement in supporting both managers and employees and our goal is to foster a supportive environment, reduce stigma associated with mental health conditions, and ensure our employees feel heard and supported when they need it most.
These two sessions aim to equip managers with the confidence, knowledge and practical skills needed to support employee wellbeing, manage stress proactively and create healthier and supportive working environments.
