Tuesday 7 July: Lunch and learn bike maintenance session
Do you want to feel more confident maintaining your bike or understanding how different parts of your bike works? Join the Travel Smart team’s upcoming Lunch & Learn session at Cunninghame House focusing on key bike maintenance topics starting at noon on Tuesday at the Large Meeting Room 3rd Floor East. This week is Alcohol Awareness Week
North Ayrshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership (in partnership with NADARS and Café Solace) are holding events at the Recovery Hub, Rivergate Shopping Centre, on Wednesday 8 July and Friday 10 July from 10am to 3pm. All are welcome. Come along and receive some advice on how to reduce your alcohol use or stop drinking. You can also find out more about the support available in North Ayrshire, and there will be some interactive activities to take part in, including a quiz, with prizes to be won. Refreshments will be available. No booking is required, just drop in at a time that suits.
Arts, sculpture and something for the kids at The Racquet Hall
A highlight of the local art scene, this week marks the 30th anniversary of the North Ayrshire Open Art Exhibition taking place between now and Saturday 18 July at Eglinton Country Park. NHS Ayrshire and Arran applications open for S5 and S6 young people
NHS Ayrshire & Arran is reminding the parents and carers of senior pupils about the opportunity for them to apply for placements during the upcoming #FutureWorkforce Work Experience Week, taking place from Monday 28 September to Friday 2 October.
