Reminder of check-in process at Cunninghame House
Colleagues are reminded that a new check-in system has been implemented at Cunninghame House for all customer appointments and external visits taking place. This applies to all external visitors, including members of the public and external partners.
What this means for you:
For any meeting with external attendees held within the building, the hosting officer must:
- log the meeting date, time and attendee details in advance using the digital check‑in system (ensure to use the correct spelling for everyone attending to ensure a smooth check-in upon arrival as the system will require this)
- when your visitor checks in at reception, you will receive an email notification confirming their arrival
- escort the visitor from reception to the meeting room, accompany them for the duration of their visit, and ensure they leave the building safely at the end of the meeting
- take responsibility for your visitor during the visit, including escorting them during any fire evacuation.
Please note: Visitors must never move around Cunninghame House unescorted.
Accessing the system:
The check‑in system uses single sign on and can be accessed using the link below. Please save this as a favourite on your browser: Digital Check-In System
Read the short instruction guide, which explains how to enter your meetings and manage visitor check‑ins. A short guide for visitors on how to use the system is also attached.
Please complete this information for any meetings with external visitors already scheduled for this week and beyond.
Your cooperation is essential to help us strengthen building security and ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
Please note that failure to follow the agreed process may result in visitors arriving late for, or potentially missing, their scheduled appointments.
